Heat exchangers are used in almost every plant thanks to their simple operation, minimal risk of burning the product and low running costs — especially in the food industry (dairies, bakeries, preserves, juice and beverage plants), chemicals, pharma and public facilities.
01.Heat exchanger gaskets
We supply gaskets for plate heat exchangers in all possible materials. Gaskets come exclusively from European suppliers — we guarantee top quality and full conformity with the original. For a quote, the exchanger documentation or confirmation of the model and number of plates and sections is enough.
Materials: NBR, EPDM, VITON — standard, food-grade and high-temperature versions. Most popular are parts for GEA, ALFA LAVAL, API SCHMIDT-BRETTEN, KELVION and SONDEX.
02.Leak testing
We offer leak testing of heat exchangers (including each individual section) using the most accurate technology available — the hydrogen method. A major advantage: no dismantling is needed — the test is done on site, takes little time and gives very accurate results.
03.Heat exchanger service
If a leak is found and the exchanger needs repair, we offer a complete service — from dismantling and transport to reinstallation and pressure tests at your site.
During the service all plates are removed, old gaskets stripped, plates cleaned mechanically and etched chemically, visually inspected for deformation and other defects, and finally treated with a fluorescent penetrant that reveals any cracks or perforations. Only plates that pass every stage get new gaskets and return to the exchanger; the rest are replaced with new ones. After pressure testing we deliver the unit, connect it and run the final acceptance tests.
04.Second-hand heat exchangers
We also offer second-hand heat exchangers. On request, based on the unit you have installed, we search the market and our network of trusted suppliers, import the exchanger, run the necessary tests and service it if needed. Customers benefit from prices unattainable for new equipment and fast delivery.
