05.Press repairs
We service piston presses quickly and very thoroughly. Our mechanics have extensive experience and knowledge, which they share with the customer. We use high-quality tools, some made in-house for repairs, and do not tie up your staff — all we need is a power connection. After the service the workplace is always left clean and ready for start-up.
On-site mechanical work
- replacing bushings and the mash inlet
- replacing the front bearing assembly on HPX presses (including pressing out the sleeve and lifting the press)
- replacing chamber slide bushings
- opening the plates (front and rear) and replacing the seal kit
- replacing socks and filter sets
- replacing packing seals
- removing and replacing the rear sealing ring in piston cylinders
